Our friendly and dedicated Resident Team at Sketch House is excited to welcome a Resident Advisor on a fixed term basis to join Fresh! If you’re passionate about people, community, and creating great living experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Resident Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our building’s community, helping residents feel welcome, supported, and connected. From organising social events and managing communications on social media, to greeting residents at reception and supporting day-to-day operations, no two days will be the same.
You’ll also provide outstanding customer service, whether it’s face to face, over email, or by phone, ensuring every resident interaction is positive and professional.
This role offers full time hours of 37.5 per week on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. Working hours Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver friendly, professional customer service to residents and visitors.
Help plan and run social events to create a welcoming community atmosphere.
Communicate with residents through social media and other channels.
Support with administrative tasks, including rent payments and record keeping.
Assist with front-of-house duties and ensure a smooth daily operation.
Work closely with your on-site team and colleagues across the business.

Friendly, approachable, and great with people.
Passionate about creating a positive community where residents feel at home.
Organised, reliable, and confident managing multiple tasks.
Comfortable using social media and Microsoft Office.
Calm, solutions-focused, and happy to help where needed.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or accommodation management is a bonus, but what matters most is your enthusiasm, teamwork, and commitment to creating a fantastic resident experience.
