Resident Manager – The Brook

Based at The Brook, this role gives you the opportunity to combine your love of working with people while supporting the day-to-day operations of the site alongside senior management. You’ll play a key part in creating a positive living experience for our residents.
As Resident Manager, you’ll be part of the go-to team for residents, helping with everything from day-to-day queries to maintaining a high standard across the building. You’ll also support administrative processes and reporting, ensuring the property remains a beautiful and inviting place to live.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), working on a rota between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and professional individual with experience in a similar role. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and be passionate about delivering a great resident experience.
