Fresh is seeking a dynamic and passionate General Manager to lead operations at our student accommodation development, Great Court.

Great Court is a 250-bed building featuring fantastic facilities including a gym, cinema room, and games room, providing a lively and supportive environment for students.

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values excellence, and wants to make a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and motivating an on-site team to deliver exceptional service.

• Creating a supportive, safe, and engaging living environment for residents.

• Managing budgets and driving operational performance.

• Building positive relationships with key stakeholders.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

About you:

You’ll be an experienced manager with a background in residential, hospitality, or accommodation operations. You’re confident, organised, and thrive under pressure — capable of leading your team to success while maintaining a welcoming community atmosphere.
